Adjust Subscriber's Charge and Ship Frequency

As a store owner, there are several properties you may need to adjust for an existing subscriber. Such as:

  • Charge and Ship Frequency
  • Day of Month
  • Day of Week
  • Number Charges Until Expiration

In the ReCharge Dashboard under Customers, search and select the desired customer and then click See Details as pictured below.

From here you can update price with the first edit button, and charge frequency with the second one pictured below. 

If you click the Edit buttons, it allows you to enter a new number for that field, once you're done, hit Save.

For Pre-Paid orders, look under Edit Recurring Properties you can select Pre-Paid Frequency Settings for specifics there, and don't forget to Save.

Note: This does not affect already processed charges and only applies to future charges.
