Adjust Subscriber's Charge and Ship Frequency

As a store owner, there are several properties you may need to adjust for an existing subscriber. Such as:

  • Charge and Ship Frequency
  • Day of Month
  • Day of Week
  • Number Charges Until Expiration

In the ReCharge Dashboard under Customers, search and select the desired customer and then click See Details as pictured below.

From here you can update price, charge frequency and advanced subscription recurring properties.

Under Edit Recurring Properties you can select Pre-Paid Frequency Settings for specifics there.
