Update Customer Email or Billing Information
Customer accounts can be managed by both store owners and customers. Store owners can search and select the record in Customers and send a link to customers to make these changes themselves. We also have a guide if you need to update the Delivery/Shipping Address. Your customers can also manage their own account items through the Customer Portal via their Customer Account.
Click the Billing Information tab in the left menu. You can update all sorts of information on this page, such as the billing address, name, phone number and email. Just click on Edit Billing address and make any changes needed. An email field will be listed at the very top.
If it's the credit card that needs updating, click Change Card then Update Card for the input form. Be sure to Save once you're done.
