Sync Subscription Product
In order to make changes to your products in Shopify, you must ensure ReCharge has the most up-to-date information by re-syncing your products. These changes include:
- Adjustments to your price
- Changes to variants (adding a new size or color)
- Adding a new product to your subscription rule
- Updating shipping options
This kind of information does not get passed to us automatically and needs to be pushed through manually.
Warning: These updates do not affect existing subscriptions, only new sign-ups. We always strongly encourage finalizing subscription product price, title, etc. before going live with the product. This is because going back and changing existing data has to be done manually. See Bulk Updates if this is your situation for more information.
Save or Re-Sync Your Products:
In the ReCharge Dashboard go to Rulesets and select the desired rule.
Click on the gear icon next to the prodduct and then on Sync Products.
Click on the boxed arrow beside your product name to see your changes reflected in a preview.
Syncing a bunch of items? Just hit Save at the bottom and it will re-sync all of the products in this rule.
