There are orders with charge errors that include an
Authorize response error in the error details. Authorize response error are error codes received from Authorize.net to Recharge. When you hover over ‘i’ for more error message details, it shows Authorize Response Error: User authentication failed due to invalid authentication values Error code: 7 in the popup window.

For error code 7, Authorize.net explanation includes:
This error occurs when the API environment does not recognize the API Login ID and Transaction Key submitted.
Generate a new Transaction key and contact Recharge Support for help. You will need to send both the API Login ID and new Transaction key information. Use connecting to Authorize.net to go through the process. You must also update the API Login ID and Transaction key information on your ecommerce platform.
