There are orders with charge errors that include an
Authorize response error in the error details. Authorize response error are error codes received from Authorize.net to Recharge. When you hover over ‘i’ for more error message details, it shows Authorize Response Error: User authentication failed. The account or API user is inactive. Error code: 8 in the popup window.

For error code 8, Authorize.net explanation includes:
User authentication failed. The account or API user is inactive. The payment gateway, reseller, or user account is not currently active.
With this charge error, it is recommended reaching out to the Authorize.net support team for assistance. Ask about whether your Authorize.net account is active and regarding your payment gateway configuration.
