How do I update the price for existing subscriptions after updating the product price in Shopify?
When you make changes to the product price in Shopify, you are updating the price for all future customers who purchase the product after you save your changes. The product price is set for existing customers after their initial purchase. You can either manually adjust the product price in Recharge, or perform a bulk update, to match the updated price in Shopify.
Available bulk tools are platform-dependent. Review the relevant instructions depending on if you use the Shopify Checkout Integration or the Recharge Checkout on Shopify.
