Issue
Braintree has issued an email regarding updates to an old version of the Braintree Python SDK. A new version of the SDK was released on October 14th, 2022 with new security enhancements.

Merchants using Braintree on Recharge Checkout on Shopify or BigCommerce
Resolution
No action is required at the time on the part of merchants. The changes noted are primarily between the card networks and Braintree. Recharge is planning an upgrade to the Braintree SDK prior to deprecation of the old version.
