Incorrect product titles and images listed on the Recharge Products page

Products added to Recharge appear on the Recharge product page without an image, or the product title is incorrect.

Resolution
You may notice that product images are not available, or the product title appears incorrectly, on the product page in the Recharge merchant portal. This can happen when product titles or images need to be resynced between the ecommerce platform and Recharge. Removing the product from Recharge and adding it again will correct the issue.
Note: The product uses the ecommerce store data on the storefront and will appear correctly to customers. Removing a product from Recharge does not affect existing customers.
Step 1 - Remove the product
- Open the Products page from the merchant portal.
- Click the Actions menu for the product that needs updating.
- Click Remove from Recharge.
- Click Remove product from Recharge in the popup window to confirm that you would like to delete the product.
Step 2 - Add the product
- Click Add products to access the product options.
- Click the checkbox next to the product you want to add back to Recharge and select Add products.
- Reconfigure the subscription type and order schedule for the product.
- Save the product.
The product should now appear correctly on the product page. Contact the Recharge support team if the issue persists after re-adding the product to Recharge.
