The customer's charge cannot process and shows a Your card was declined. decline_code = do_not_honor error message.
This issue may occur on all platforms
Click Orders and select Charge errors to view charge errors in the merchant portal.
Do not honor errors come directly from your payment processor. These errors occur when the customer's credit card company has marked the card for review. The customer should reach out to their card provider for more information regarding their card.
To resolve the error, the customer can log in to their customer portal and use the Payment methods page to update their payment information on file as outlined in Instructions for your customers.
