Your ecommerce platform is responsible for sending order confirmation emails and fulfillment emails. For further information, see:

Tip: Recharge Checkout on Shopify merchants can override these notifications for subscription customers by toggling the setting in Recharge.
Recharge sends subscription-specific emails that are managed through the Notifications settings. For example, Customers receive the Subscription activation notification when they make a subscription purchase, which includes purchase details and a link to modify their subscription through the customer portal.
