The subscription widget appears on products that do not have subscriptions enabled.
Recharge uses metafields to determine which products should be offered on subscription. If you use the Duplicate feature on Shopify to create another product, it will also duplicate the associated metafields. This causes the subscription widget to appear on one-time products, even if they are not available in Recharge.
To fix this issue:
- Temporarily add the one-time product to Recharge.
- Click Actions and select Remove from Recharge.
This will prompt the system to clear the metafields from the item so it no longer shows the subscription widget.
