Recharge Checkout on Shopify
On the Recharge Checkout on Shopify, you must resync the subscription rule when updating the price of the product or variants.
If resyncing does not resolve the issue with the price and you have customized the product page, it may be an issue with your storefront theme code. Reach out to your theme developer to review the code and update the price settings.
