By default, charges start processing for recurring queued orders between midnight and 3 AM ET for the current day. Prepaid shipments process separately from regular subscription orders but use the same default charge processing window. Generally, prepaid shipments are not processed simultaneously as regular subscription orders. This is standard for stores that have not set a specific processing time.
Charges that error are automatically retried within the same day. Unless a specific processing time is set, these charges are retried at 4 PM ET.
If you want to set a specific processing time, contact the Recharge Support team. Use a tool such as the Time Zone Converter to determine the correct time for Recharge to start processing your orders. Recharge can set the exact hour that your store orders start processing.
Note: Daylight saving time affects the processing time for all stores, as Recharge uses ET for charge processing.
