How do I change my processing time?

By default, charges are processed for recurring queued orders after midnight Eastern Time (ET) for the current day. This is standard for stores that have not set a specific processing time.
Charges that error are automatically retried within the same day. These charges are retried at 4PM ET unless a specific processing time is set.
If you want to set a specific processing time, contact the Recharge Support team. Use a tool such as the Time Zone Converter to determine the correct time for Recharge to start processing your orders. Recharge can set the exact hour that your store orders start processing.
