Why is the delivery schedule or upcoming orders tab showing none or a limited amount of upcoming orders?

The delivery schedule is a rough prediction based on current order data and shows upcoming orders for up to six months. You can adjust the timeframe shown to a max of 180 days in the Customer Portal settings by clicking Storefront and selecting Customer Portal.
