Can I use the same payment processor account from my previous subscription platform when migrating to Recharge?

As long as a Recharge supported payment processor is in use, you can connect your existing account to Recharge. Merchants using the Recharge Checkout on Shopify or BigCommerce may use Stripe, Braintree, and Authorize.net.

If you are migrating over a Stripe account, make sure there aren't any Stripe Subscriptions set up. If you see any subscriptions, ensure they are canceled to prevent double-billing.

Merchants using the Shopify Checkout Integration must use one of Shopify's eligible subscription payment processors.
