If you are a current Recharge merchant on a legacy support plan (a purchased support plan add-on prior to June 30, 2021), your plan is still supported.
Video callback support and enhanced response times are not available on the Advantage plan. If you would like to access this type of support you may upgrade to the Custom Pricing plan by using the Talk to Sales option on the Recharge Pricing page.
