The notification formatting was recently updated and the preview shows the updated template. However, the email sent to customers used the old formatting.
This issue occurs when the template changes to Upcoming Order notification are made after the emails were already queued, causing the old version to still send out. When making changes to the Upcoming Order notification template, avoid updating the day of and consider the days in advance before the charge date.
By default, Upcoming Order notifications are sent three days before the charge date, between the hours of 5 PM PST and 12 AM PST. This timeframe can be adjusted in the Notifications settings.
If you are using a third-party app or managing email notifications through your ecommerce platform, it is recommended to resend using that platform rather than Recharge.
