How are transaction fees charged?

Transaction fees are charged on both checkout and recurring orders, as Recharge's technology is utilized. 

Orders that are refunded are charged a transaction fee. Recharge charges transaction fees based on gross processing each month. Refunded amounts are not removed from the transaction fee calculation. The Recharge platform has processed the transaction, so the transaction fee applies.
