The customer's recurring order has errored out with the message "Invalid billing agreement."
Click Orders and select Charge errors to view charge errors in the merchant portal.
The "Invalid billing agreement" error occurs on the Shopify Checkout Integration and usually originates from ShopPay. This error occurs when the customer has not fully completed the ShopPay sign-up agreement process, resulting in failed charge attempts when trying to process the order.
To resolve, have the customer update their payment method in the customer portal.
