Product is live on Shopify, but is not appearing on the add product list to configure subscription.

Shopify and Recharge sync product data in real-time, however, if the item is a brand-new product it may take a few minutes to sync to Recharge. There are a few troubleshooting steps that can resolve the issue:
Step 1 - Confirm the product is set to active on the Online Store
Products should be set to active and assigned to the Online Store sales channel on Shopify to sync with Recharge. If the item is set to active and assigned as expected, toggle Online Store off and then reselect the Online Store sales channel to prompt a sync.
Wait a few minutes for the sync to complete and the product should appear as expected in the add product list.
Step 2 - Manual product sync
If you have completed Step 1 and the product is still not appearing, reach out to the Recharge Support team to request a manual product sync. Provide the team with a link to the product you are trying to add so they can confirm the completion of the sync.
