Can I change when the upcoming charge notification is sent?

Upcoming charge notifications are sent daily between 5PM PT and midnight PT. By default, the upcoming charge notification is sent three days ahead of the queued charge date. The time of day notifications are sent cannot be adjusted.
Click Settings, select Notifications, and choose Subscription upcoming charge to adjust the number of days before the charge the notification should be sent.
Note: Each charge triggers only one upcoming charge notification. If the customer receives the upcoming charge notification and adjusts their charge date, a second notification will not be sent.
