BigCommerce Order Injection Charge Error Notification System
There may be times when using the BigCommerce Checkout Integration that merchants experience order injection errors. Order injection errors occur when a charge has been successfully processed in Recharge, but the order is not successfully created in BigCommerce. Charge errors cause order injection errors, which can be resolved using Recharge and your BigCommerce Admin portal. This article provides guidance on solving these errors using the Recharge merchant portal.

Locate charge errors
You can locate order injection errors using the Recharge merchant portal.
- From the merchant portal, click Orders and select Charge errors.
- Locate the order that was not successfully created in BigCommerce.
- In the Error column, note the error type.
- Use the Resolve charge errors reference table to resolve the order injection failure.
Resolve charge errors
Several types of order injection errors trigger the BC_REJECTED
error status. Use the following table to troubleshoot each charge error type:
