While checking the status under Charge errors from Orders in the merchant portal, in the Errors columns an
invalid billing/shipping zip code error appears.

Invalid billing/shipping zip code errors occur when a customer updates their payment method and enters invalid information in the billing or shipping zip code. Review the customer's address to confirm the correct information is present.
To resolve, have the customer log in to their customer portal and update their address to the correct zip code.
If the customer is having trouble updating on their own you can also adjust their shipping address or billing address on their customer profile through the merchant portal. Once the address is updated you can manually retry the charge or wait for the automatic retry to process.
