Discounted pricing in the customer portal allows you to offer the subscribe and save discount on a product to active subscribers when they add a one-time purchase to their next order in the customer portal.

Discounted pricing in the customer portal
When an active subscriber adds a product in the customer portal, they will see the subscribe and save discount on the one-time price and a banner informing them that they receive a discount because they are an active subscriber.
To use the Discounted pricing in the customer portal subscriber benefit, ensure that a Subscriber benefits program has been created for your store.
After your benefits program has been created:
- From the Subscriber benefits page, click Add reward or benefit.
- Click the dropdown and select Discounted price in the customer portal.
- Name the benefit and add an optional description.
- Highest, no maximum is referring to stores with Product Subscription Plans enabled. If you do not have Product Subscription Plans enabled, there is only one discount.
- Click Save to confirm changes and add the benefit to your subscriber benefits program.
Limitations
There are some limitations to consider when using this benefit:
- No discount is applied if a product is only offered as a one-time, as no subscribe and save discount exists for the product.

This benefit is only supported on the Affinity customer portal.

You cannot exclude specific products from receiving this discount.

Discounts do not apply to products in the swap product flow as this flow does not support one-time purchases.

You can not offer active subscribers an additional discount on top of the subscribe and save discount for subscription purchases at this time.
