You may want to trigger a customer's recurring charge immediately. This can be especially useful for testing purposes.
In the ReCharge Dashboard go to Customers and find the customer where you want to trigger the order and click on the See Details.
At the bottom of the following page, you will see the charge history. From here you can manually trigger the order by changing it to today's date and processing the charge as shown below:
Retry Card Declines
The system will automatically retry the charge at set intervals of time until it reaches "max retries reached" or the customer updates the card attached to the account. If a customer updates the card, the charge will be automatically processed.
However, you can also manually retry the charge on your side as well as pictured below:
You can configure these intervals of how often it retries the card in Settings > General Settings.
