This guide provides an overview of the My account section in ReCharge, including how to update your store's contact information, provide storefront access to ReCharge staff, and how to view your billing information and invoices.
Update store name or email address
You may need to update your store name or email address. This is especially useful if you need to update the email address your store notifications are sent to or update how your store name appears in notifications.
- Click the person icon in the ReCharge Dashboard and select My account.
- Under store information, enter in the new store name or email address
- Click Save.
Record storefront password
If your store is under construction, Shopify lets you set a storefront password. Under the Store Information section in your My Accounts page in ReCharge, you can enter your current storefront password so ReCharge staff can access the storefront to help troubleshoot.
Update your billing information
You can update your billing information in ReCharge by clicking on the Profile icon found at the top right and select My Account.
On the following page, click on the Update Billing button. Enter your updated card and address information and click Save.
View your invoices
In the My Account section, you can view your invoices by clicking on See all invoices...
