If you would like to uninstall ReCharge and no longer use our service, our team would be happy to help you out, reach out through our contact form and we can notify our finance team so you won't be billed again and ensure notifications stop being sent to your admin email.
Note: If you would like the subscription option to stop showing up, you can change it to test mode before uninstalling. Alternatively, you can leave it installed and contact our team. We can have an expert remove our code from your store, but please leave the app installed so we can do this for you.
Once that we have confirmed the cancellation at our end, you will need also to cancel any existing subscriber's subscriptions and finally disable and uninstall the app. This option is found under the ReCharge Dashboard under Settings, then General Settings.
