The Recharge pricing plans are tailored to meet your business needs. Whether you are a new store or well-established, you will receive top-notch technical support and access to apps and features that help you grow and enhance your subscription business.
Pricing
Start for free on Recharge so that you can try out our tools and resources to help you seamlessly scale your subscription business. Pricing plans include transaction and processing fees, so you will only be charged once you start selling subscriptions.
When you install Recharge you are automatically on the Standard plan. Refer to our Pricing page for detailed information on our transaction and processing fees, and the available plans.

Support Add-Ons
Merchants can choose a support plan that fits their business needs. As of June 30, 2021, the available support plans are Advantage and Enhanced. The Advantage support plan is included free of charge for both Recharge plans.

Shopify Checkout Integration
Shopify merchants that installed Recharge on or after August 18, 2021, and are using the Shopify Checkout Integration, can begin processing subscription charges prior to accepting the billing approval terms. There is no fixed monthly fee to use Recharge. Agreeing to the billing terms is agreeing to be charged 1% of the total amount of the transaction, plus 10¢ per transaction (Standard plan). This is inclusive of one-time purchases in mixed charges.
You will be prompted to accept the billing terms once your store has processed at least three subscription charges. Learn more below:
- Once your store has processed three subscription charges, a banner will notify you to accept the billing terms. This banner is shown at the top of every page in your merchant portal and cannot be dismissed until the store owner accepts the billing terms.
- Once five subscription charges have been processed, in addition to the banner, a pop-up will remind you to accept the billing terms. This pop-up can be dismissed for one hour.
- Once 10 subscription charges have been processed, a non-dismissable pop-up notifies you to accept billing terms in order to continue processing your subscriptions. At this point, you will not be able to access Recharge until the store owner accepts the billing terms.

How often does Recharge bill my account?
Recharge bills on a monthly basis.
Is there a contract?
There is no contract to use Recharge Standard or Pro. Payments are month to month and you can cancel anytime.
Is Recharge pricing different than my platform and payment processor?
Recharge’s pricing is in addition to any fee you pay to your platform and the fee from your payment processor.
Can I pay using a debit card or check?
At the moment, Recharge only accepts credit cards as a form of payment.
Where can I view my invoices?
In your merchant portal, click Settings and select Store. You can access your invoices on this page by clicking See all billing cycles. For more information on billing, visit Viewing monthly invoices.
Where can I access my 1099-K form?
The 1099-K form is provided by your payment processor and can be accessed through your payment processor account. For more information:
Are transaction fees charged on both checkout orders and recurring charges?
Yes, transaction fees are charged on both checkout orders and recurring charges, as Recharge's technology is utilized.
