If you sign up for ReCharge on or after April 6th, 2020, ReCharge is free to use on the standard plan. You’ll only pay once we’ve processed $100,000 USD in transactions from your store.
ReCharge standard pricing
ReCharge has a base fee of $39.99 USD per month plus 1% + $0.05 on all transactions that process through the ReCharge checkout. The 1% fee for ReCharge is based on what was charged for the product, without the shipping or taxes rates. You can see details on the fees outlined here.
Keep in mind that the payment processor you use may also carry a transaction fee, normally 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. For more information, visit:
Merchants can choose a Support Add-On that fits the business needs of their store. By default, all stores have immediate Help Center access with 8-5pm PST support 5-days a week and a 24-hour email response time. If you would like access to additional support times, chat triage support, and phone triage support, you can sign up for one of the following plans:
Success - $49/month
Support 7 days a week, 12-hour email response times.
Advantage - $99/month
24/7 Support, 8-hour email response time and chat triage support.
Premium - $189/month
24/7 support, 6-hour (1-hour urgent) email response time, phone and chat triage support.

How often does ReCharge bill my account?
ReCharge bills on a monthly basis.
Can I pay using a debit card or check?
At the moment, ReCharge only accepts credit cards as a form of payment.
Where can I view my invoices?
In your ReCharge Dashboard, click the person icon and select My account. You can access your invoices on this page under Last invoice.
Where can I access my 1099-K form?
The 1099-K form is provided by your payment processor and can be accessed through your payment processor account.
