If an existing customer purchases an additional subscription at checkout, the subscription will be added to their account under a separate Address ID. You can easily combine subscription orders into a single Address ID by using the Move function.
Combine subscription orders
Step 1 - Search and select the customer
In the ReCharge Dashboard, click the Customers tab and search for the customer. Select the customer by clicking on their name.
Step 2 - Move the subscription item
Within the customer account, click Actions next to the subscription item you would like to reassign and select Move.
A pop-up window will appear where you can specify the next charge date for the subscription item and which address should be associated with the subscription.
Once finished, click Save changes.
Combine subscription orders in bulk
Moving subscription orders within one account can also be performed in bulk within the merchant portal, meaning that you can move multiple orders from one address to a different address within the same customer account in bulk.
Step 1 - Select the products
First, you would select all the products within one address that you want to move by clicking on the Product checkbox. This will select all the products within that address. You can remove any products if they don't need to be moved by unchecking the box next to each product.
Select the Move Subscriptions from the Actions drop-down menu found underneath the Address ID. The Actions menu will also display the number of products that have been selected.

After clicking on the Move Subscriptions a pop-up window will appear where you can specify which address to move the subscriptions.
After selecting the address you can click on the Move button which will move the subscriptions to the selected address.
