A customer may reach out to request an update to their shipping address. Customers can make this update in the Customer Portal, but as the store owner you can also adjust the address directly in the ReCharge app.
This guide provides instructions on how to make an update to the shipping address.
Update shipping address
- In the ReCharge Dashboard, click on the Customer tab and search for the customer. Click on the customer's name to open up their customer account.
- Click Edit next to the address you would like to update.
- On the following page, you can update the shipping address field. Once finished, click Save.
Link customer to shipping address page
If your Customer Portal settings allow customers to edit their shipping address, you can link your customer to this page directly. Follow the instructions to access the shipping address page and then hover over the link icon next to the customer's name to access and copy the page URL.
