In the below example, a customer subscription set to automatically expire after a certain number of occurrences, but would now like to update the number or set it to never expire.
In the ReCharge Dashboard select Customers at the top. Once you search for the customer and select their name, click on See Details at the top.
- On the following page, click Edit Recurring Properties.
You will find a drop-down menu labeled Number of Charges until Expiration. In this example, since we are removing the limit, we will select Infinite, or leave blank, depending on the version you are running. However, this is also where you can add an expiration, changing from infinite to a specific number of charges.
Save Changes and you're done!
