Can Recharge help build my workflow?
Recharge support can help troubleshoot your workflows and advise on set-up, but cannot build your workflows. For more information, visit Recharge design and integration policy.

Why isn't my Workflow triggering?
Confirm the condition and search methods that you are using. Is your query set to "equal" rather than "contains"?
For example, if you use rulesets, you are searching for the hidden duplicate product that's created after saving the ruleset. This product includes "auto-renew" in its title, so you'll either need to broaden your Search to "contains" or use the exact product title (ie. "Product X Auto-renew").
Can I stack multiple workflows?
Multiple workflows can be stacked and can be used to apply both a Checkout order workflow and a Recurring order workflow to one subscription. For example, you could create two workflows to offer a discount on the checkout order and then a second discount on the customer's fifth order.
We recommend using the Recharge API if you are using the Recharge Checkout on Shopify and are looking for a solution to automatically update multiple recurring orders in one subscription, as stacking multiple workflows (ie. more than three) can become difficult to maintain over time.
