Recharge requires access to the storefront to process subscription products. |
Sorry, this country is not supported by this store | Occurs when the country does not have an available shipping zone in Shopify. | Add shipping zone in your Shopify settings for that extra country. Note: This must also be done to allow billing addresses from that country. For example, if you only ship to Canada but want to allow customers to add a US billing address, you must create a zone for the US. However, you can make it an empty zone with no shipping rates

This is normally a sign that your cart of subscription items is misdirecting to the Shopify checkout. If this occurs, please reach out to the Recharge support team.
Subscription order processed through the Shopify checkout
If your subscriptions are going through the wrong checkout, let the Recharge staff know and we can help troubleshoot why the customer was redirected through the Shopify checkout.
You can add customers manually to Recharge in the event they went through the wrong checkout. For more information, visit Adding a customer to Recharge who used the wrong checkout.
Discount code field is not available
The discount code field will only appear if you have discount codes present in Recharge. If you create an available discount code, the field will appear.
PayPal option is not visible at checkout
If you have Braintree set up for PayPal, make sure you have checked the Braintree PayPal Active checkbox in Payment settings.
If PayPal still does not appear, ensure that you have the PayPal option enabled in your Braintree account.
