Enhance Analytics reliably measure your subscriber business and helps gain insights on factors that contribute to your growth and retention. Use the revenue trends, customer cohort, product, and cohort retention dashboards to drill down into your data to track trends in sales and customer acquisition. This guide provides an overview of the status, eligibility requirements, and which dashboards are available.
Status and eligibility
The Enhanced Analytics feature is available to ReCharge Pro merchants.

Accessing Enhanced Analytics dashboards
Once the Enhanced Analytics feature is enabled by the ReCharge team, you can access your reports from the top navigation bar by clicking Analytics.
On the following page, you can open the different report reviews by clicking on the various report names.
Product features
The new Enhanced Analytics feature helps you make informed business decisions by measuring recurring revenue, retention, and growth. Stores can see a high-level overview of their business with sales KPIs:
- Performance KPIs showing high-level health of your subscriber business over time.
- Top of the funnel analysis to track retention and rate of churn for new active customer cohorts.
- Monthly retention trends based on active customer cohorts.
- Access to granular data at the customer level by drilling into any metric.
- Dynamically calculated customer churn rate to provide you with insight into the health of your business.

Our Enhanced Analytics suite is always growing. You can visit any of the pages below to learn about the dashboards available through the Enhanced analytics suite.

Running legacy reports
Enhanced Analytics is updating the deprecated Basic Reports page with your new dashboard. If you want to run similar reports to Basic Reports, the following table provides instructions on how to access the same data but on your new dashboards:
