The analytics suite will only appear on the top toolbar when you have at least one active subscriber in your store.
How often is my data populated in the reports?
The current version populates data once daily after the end of each completed day in Eastern Time.
How is historical data handled?
The data available through ReCharge Analytics is populated from when you first activated your store on ReCharge.
Can I see what data contributes to the reports?
You can view the data table that comprises the Revenue Trends dashboard in the Enhanced Analytics suite.
The reports are slow to load - what is going on?
The tool populates and synthesizes the data present in your account. If you store contains a lot of historical data and customer records, it may take a few moments for the reports to load completely.
Are there any other available dashboards other than Revenue trends?
Both Basic Analytics and Enhanced Analytics have access to the Revenue trends dashboard while Enhanced Analytics have access to additional dashboards. To find out more about the additional dashboards as well as the ability to drill down into datasets, take a look at Enhanced Analytics.
Why have I noticed a discrepancy with the data reported through ReCharge Analytics?
Discrepancies may occur depending on the time data is accessed or if comparing ReCharge Analytics data to an external source.
You can view the guide Analytics discrepancies to learn more about common discrepancies.
Limitations
- Prepaid subscriptions are marked as canceled subscriptions after checkout, even if they have future shipment orders. At the moment, reporting shows customers with ongoing prepaid subscriptions as customers having no active subscriptions.
- If you are using OneClickUpsell or Carthook, the first subscription charge amount does not get reported in ReCharge. We do report on the customers and subscriptions related to these initial charges.
- Standard ReCharge Analytics doesn't filter out gift card purchases. This can lead to double-counting if you use Rise.ai to sell gift cards. You will need to manually reconcile between ReCharge Analytics and Shopify Analytics or filter out the gift card SKUs on the Enhanced Analytics Product dashboard.
