ReCharge has rolled out a visual, feature-rich overhaul of our reporting suite with two versions - Basic Analytics and Enhanced Analytics.
Basic Analytics overview
Note: This guide goes over information specific to Basic Analytics. If you're looking for more generic Analytics information like terms, FAQs and exporting out reports visit ReCharge Analytics.
All merchants on Basic Analytics will be able to dive into the Revenue trends dashboard to get an overview of the health of their business. The dashboard contains a summary of total sales, recurring sales, and sales per charge.
This information allows you to see if there are any patterns in popular selling days or certain days that sales may be surprisingly low. You can also learn more about total sales, and how much customers are spending on average.
Accessing analytics
You can access your reports from the top navigation bar by clicking Analytics.
You will have access to the Revenue trends dashboard.
Revenue Trends Dashboard
The Revenue trends dashboard is made up of four distinct sections.
- Revenue – Total sales and refunds over a set time frame.
- Active Customers – The total number of new customers and churned customers by day.
- Subscriptions – Total number of new subscriptions and cancelled subscriptions over a custom time frame.
- Future Revenue Planning – Projected potential revenue over seven, 30 and 90 days based on current subscriber count.
For an in-depth look at each of the different sections including pictures and explanations, visit Revenue Trends Dashboard.
