To ensure that customers are sent correctly to the Customer Portal, you need to ensure that the proxy settings in Shopify are configured correctly.
Configuring the proxy settings in Shopify
To prevent customers from opening a 404 page when attempting to access the Customer Portal the ReCharge proxy setting in Shopify, /tools/ needs to be set to recurring.
- To confirm the correct setting, go to Apps in Shopify and click About to the right of ReCharge app.
- Scroll down to the App proxy section and select Customize URL.
- If the text box displays anything other than recurring, make sure to update it:
- Press Save.
