You must ensure that the Recharge proxy settings in Shopify are configured correctly so that customers are directed to the customer portal.
Configure the proxy settings in Shopify
To prevent customers from opening a 404 page when attempting to access the customer portal, the Recharge proxy setting in Shopify, /tools/ needs to be set to recurring.
- Click Apps in your Shopify Admin and click About next to Recurring Billing by Recharge.
- Scroll down to the App proxy section and select Customize URL.
- Confirm that the text box beside the Proxy URL displays "recurring." Change the field to "recurring" if necessary:
