You must ensure that the Recharge proxy settings in Shopify are configured correctly so that customers are directed to the Customer Portal.

Configuring the proxy settings in Shopify
To prevent customers from opening a 404 page when attempting to access the Customer Portal the Recharge proxy setting in Shopify, /tools/ needs to be set to recurring.
- To confirm the correct setting, go to Apps in Shopify and click About to the right of Recharge app.
- Scroll down to the App proxy section and select Customize URL.
- Confirm that the textbox beside the Proxy URL displays "recurring". Change the field to "recurring" if necessary:
