Weekly onboarding webinar
Recharge offers an onboarding webinar every Tuesday at 12:00 pm PST. During this time, a Recharge representative will be going over the basics of how to get your app set up, covering some popular features, as well as answering some of your questions live.

We provide support via email and live chat as part of our Advantage support plan (automatically included with all plans), and merchants using our Enhanced support plan also have access to scheduled phone support.
