The Product dashboard combines data from ReCharge and Shopify to provide you with insights into your top products, and how your customers interact with them.
Before you start
The Product dashboard is part of the Enhanced Analytics suite available to ReCharge Pro merchants.
The Product dashboard is split into two identical dashboards the Product SKU dashboard and the Product variant dashboard.
The only difference between the two dashboards is that the Product variant dashboard displays the data on a product variant level, whereas the Product SKU dashboard displays the data on a SKU level.
Top 15 Products by Gross Sales
The Top 15 SKUs by Gross Sales graph compares the top 15 products in your store based on the time frame you've set. We take the product price before discounts and taxes, and multiple it by the quantity ordered to determine the gross sales amount for each product.
Revenue KPIs
You can refer to the Revenue KPIs data table to see how each product is performing on a granular level.
This chart can be used to see the gross sales revenue per product, the number of orders per product, or the percentage of sales that are recurring for each product.
Metric | Data displayed in the dashboard |
SKU/Product Variant Title | The product identifier. |
Gross sales | The total dollar amount of sales per product in the specific timeframe set. |
Recurring Sales % | The percentage of sales of the product that were purchased as a subscription order. |
Quantity |
The number of items sold per SKU or Product Title. |
AOV (Average Order Value) | The revenue on the given product divided by the total number of charges for that product. This pertains to the given product, not the total order. |
Refunds | The sales amount (including tax) divided by the quantity from orders completed that were later returned in full, within the specified date range. |
Customer KPIs
The Customer KPIs data displays how your customers are interacting with each product.
You can use this data to see which products are consistent best sellers with customers, or which products customers are most likely to cancel.
Metric | Data displayed in the dashboard |
Product SKU/Variant Title | The product identifier. |
Active Customers | The number of customers with at least 1 active subscription for a given SKU at the end of the date range entered using the date filter. |
Cancelled Customers | The number of customers with only inactive subscriptions on the given SKU at the end of the date range entered in the filter. |
Cancelled % | The percentage of cancellations per subscription product. |
Charges per Customer | The number of charges a customer receives per product. |
Average Customer Value | The average dollar value per customer subscribed to that specific product. |
Customer Overlap Analysis
The Customer Overlap Analysis section looks at the top products by charge volume to visualize the percentage of customers who have purchased each combination of products over the timeline you've set using the filter.
This data table provides direct insight into how customers purchase different SKUs over the course of their transaction history.
Data is provided on both active and churned customers, allowing you to see any patterns and potentially increase customer retention.
