Customers can manage their subscriptions directly through the customer portal. Recharge has multiple portal options to meet your business and platform needs.

This article covers the customer portal options offered through Recharge. 

Before you start

  • You can confirm your store's Recharge checkout platform in your merchant portal. 
  • Stores must be using Classic customer accounts to use this feature. Shopify's new Customer accounts is not compatible with the Recharge customer portal. 
  • While not all customer portal offerings are available across all platforms at this time, our developers are working on building out the options available to each platform. Re-visit this article in the future to keep up to date with the different portal options per platform.
