RechargeSMS is a text-based customer experience tool. It allows your customers to manage all aspects of their subscription currently available through Recharge, simply via SMS. In this article, we go through the options available in the Messages tab. For general information, visit RechargeSMS.

View and customize your SMS messages
All of the SMS messages sent out to your customers can be viewed within the RechargeSMS App, under the Messages tab in the top toolbar.
To modify a message, scroll down to the SMS message you want to change and hit Edit on the right.
Messages can be edited with the box on the right, and you can add Variables that will pre-fill with relevant information like the customer name or your store phone number.
Some messages have Actions your customers can take. As an example take a look at the Delay Order - Options message. These actions can be deleted, or reordered to make it easier to suggest particular actions to your customers.
Messages can be previewed under Dashboard > Simulator.
You can type directly into the bottom of the phone to test how your messages look and function.
