Klaviyo V2 is designed to pass customer data from Recharge to Klaviyo starting at the customer profile level.

Recharge and Klaviyo metrics
Metrics are events in Recharge that are sent to Klaviyo. You can use metrics to trigger specific events and provide line-item details around the event. In this module, learn more about different stages of the customer lifecycle and how you can use Recharge and Klaviyo metrics to support your customers’ needs.

Klaviyo email flows
Email flows for Klaviyo consist of a trigger setup to search by keywords for a metric, to then send your configured email to customers. Anytime the specified event happens in Recharge, your customer enters the flow and triggers the configured email. Replace some of the standard Recharge notifications with the Klaviyo email flow to notify your customers.

Customer Segmentation
Use customer segmentation to target customers for specific messaging. You can use segments to find active and inactive subscribers, or set a segment for a specific product variant.

Klaviyo and Quick Actions
Include Quick Action URLs in Klaviyo email flows and campaigns. These standard URLs are sent to customers, and enable quick seamless updates to their orders or add products. Customers use two-factor authentication (2FA) with a six digit passcode.
Note: Quick Actions are only available for Shopify Checkout Integration and Recharge Checkout on Shopify merchants.
