The Customer details page makes it easier than ever to navigate the customer’s information by consolidating all customer information in one place. This article answers common questions about the Customer details page.

How can I check if a discount has been applied?
Under each address, there is a discount status icon. If there is no discount applied, it will say No discount. If there is a discount applied, it will display the name of the discount.
How can I apply a discount code?
Click No discount on an address ID, enter the discount code, and click Add. The name of the discount will be displayed.
To confirm the discount has been applied, scroll to the Upcoming orders section and click the date of the next order. The discount code will be applied in the Discount section and the Total will reflect the discounted price.
How can I access the customer portal magic link?
From the Customer Overview section, click Preview Portal to open the customer portal for that customer. Choose one of the customer portal magic link options to copy the link or launch that page of the customer portal.
How do I add a product?
If there are no subscriptions tied to an address, click Add subscription. Select the product you want to add and click Next. Customize the subscription settings and click Add Product.
If there is already a subscription or one-time product linked to an address, click Add product. Select the product you want to add and click Next. Customize the subscription settings and click Add Product.
How do I edit customer account information?
- Edit the customer's shipping address by clicking the Actions button and selecting Edit Address.
- Edit the customer's name and email by clicking Edit Customer.
- Update or add payment methods by clicking Manage payment methods under the Payment Methods section.
How do I change a charge date?
Scroll to Upcoming Orders and click Actions. Click Reschedule and choose your date in the modal that pops up.
How do I edit line items?
To edit general subscription properties, click Actions next to the product you want to edit and select Edit frequency or Edit subscription product.
If you have custom line item properties you would like to be able to edit, click on the subscription to go to the Subscriptions page. From here you can edit the line items under the Actions menu.
How can I merge subscriptions?
Locate the subscription you wish to merge. Click Actions and select Move address. Select the address you want to merge the subscription to and click Update.
How can I skip prepaid shipments?
Locate the customer's next upcoming prepaid order and click the Actions button. From the drop-down menu, select Skip order. On the Skip delivery pop-up modal, click Skip.
